I really like this vitamin because it’s all vitamin and not much other ingredients that are not active but are in other brands

Unlike tablets, gel caps go down easy, slippery. I prefer taking one 100 mg caps rather than two of 500 each.

Although on the pricier side of things these days ,vitamins are essential to a good healthy lifestyle.For the amount of money it cost to keep yourself in a healthy and productive state.
