Q: What is the difference between this and Ceratec? Don’t they both serve the same purpose?

It is the same except that cera uses tiny ceramic particles so it claims to be stronger.

Q: Can I use this in my wet clutch on my motorcycle ?

Not sure. Check your requirements that came with your bike.

Q: How well would it work in vintage Harley Davidson motorcycle engines. flatheads , knuckleheads etc...?

No if it has a wet clutch in engine oil. I think most if not all older Harleys have a dry clutch.
