Go Gear EMIC-BEI Euro Mini Console, (Beige)

I had just gotten a brand new Grand Marquis, and was having all kinds of problems finding a console that fit this car. Then all of a sudden I stumbled upon this one !! Fabulous, holds my phone, change and ash try, since I don't like having the one the car comes with open. Way to bulky, and gets in the way of the auto temp controls. And perfect height for my phone charger not to hang like a live wire. Works perfectly, and almost a perfect color match as well. Great product.

I bought this console for my 93 Chevy pickup that had one badly designed drink holder. I can't overstate my satisfaction with this purchase! This console fits perfectly and looks like GM factory installed. I put two screws through the console into a thick carpeted mat that came with the truck when I bought it (used) so a large fountain drink wouldn't tip it over. After I secured it down, I have really liked my console. It's a durable well made item that has been used often for almost a year with no problems. It is bulky, so won't fit all vehicles, but if yours has the room, buy this console.

The console unit caught my interest, as the Beige color was a near perfect match to my auto interior. It has two screw locations to fasten it to the floorboard. I prefer not to drill holes in my floorboard, and have rubber flooring, so will use Velcro to secure it....should be fine.There is only one minor issue I have with this console. It has storage slots for 5 CDs, coin holders and drink holders. Wish it had a slot for a phone, but not a major inconvenience....could leave one or two CD slots empty and place phone there.TIP : Initially, the drink holder adjustment seems difficult to slide. There are no included instruction. I have read reviews of cup holder adjustment being hard, or slides too easy and not stay in place.TO ADJUST : You hook your thumb into the hole, behind the black adjustment tab and "pull" it out. The holder slides easily to desired adjustment. When where you want it, hold in place and "push" the black tab back in....this locks the position.For the most part, I don't need to always adjust them....I set them to hold the most common cup size I use and leave them set there.

Fair cup holder

My SUV does not have second row cup holders. So I ordered this and my husband screwed it into the floorboard so it would not slide around. I've had it for over a year and it works just fine well worth the money.

Both cup holders are suppose to adjust with a simple finger tab. One side refuses to move and the other side does not lock. Flimsy plastic, poor mechanism design.

It really really goes flying off and drinks spill all over the place. There are no gripping teeth under it to latch into the carpet!!! I installed paperweights in the one compartment to give it weight and it made NO DIFFERENCE!!!! Won’t be using it. Serves no purpose when it won’t stay put.
