I've used this product before and it's great especially in dry winter weather, or when in a cool & dry air-condition indoors. I tend to easily get nosebleeds in the dry winter months. This gel keeps the interior of my nostrils moist and healthy, preventing winter nosebleeds.

I started using this because I have pregnancy rhinitis and it's hard to breath when I go to bed at night. I really like this product. I do a saline spray first, blow my nose, then apply this. It's helped with bloody noses and even has helped my irritated nose piercing. It's a small tube, but a little goes a long way. I use a q-tip to apply. It does have a scent, which could bother some people. It reminds me of baby lotion a little bit and I don't mind it. I'll definitely continue using it.

I found myself beginning to have surprise nosebleeds during very warm or very cold weather this year, and after checking with my doctor, I purchased the small bottle of AYR Nose Drops, which I began to use daily and currently keep with me. I found that by using the product early in the day and sometimes after dinner, it has definitely lessened my surprise nosebleeds, which is a great relief. I was pleased to see that Amazon's price was reasonable compared to other pharmacy shelf prices and I felt the convenience of being able to choose a short-term, mail-order delivery removed my need to spend gas money in order to drive to a local pharmacy or super market and hope the product was still on the shelf. Amazon also allowed me to pick a confirmed package arrival date upon closing the AYR order. This product is an excellent purchase.

I was just about fed up with how constantly dry and stuffy my nose is during the winter. I had daily dried blood in my nose and Vaseline and saline nasal spray didn’t do anything to help.
