FlagsImp 8 Foot Aluminum Silver Pole with (Eagle)

Trade Winds has a person on the phone with customer service that you can actually talk to. The product was a high quality flag pole and exactly what we needed. I thought that there was a problem with the seller because one of our flag poles was returned to the seller. It was just the opposite. Our delivery driver could not find our house and so returned two flag poles in a row. Trade Winds patiently reshipped two more flag poles. I have contacted UPS to alleviate the problem and contact the driver with specific directions (my address was correct). I just wanted to thank the people at Trade Winds for being so patient with me on the phone. Very excited about having my University of Colorado Flag and University of Texas Flag on display for the 4th of July!

I plan on using this pole with a Gadsden Flag at a 2nd Amendment Support Rally in Richmond, Va. This pole is adjustable with twist locks and is collapsible. It is perfect for either mounting or carrying in a shortened length.

These are good indoor flag polls that can adjust for mass heights. Easy to assemble. The eagle is standard size and looks good, but plastic. I bought two these to display indoor flags. For some reason, indoor flag polls are expensive, especially quality oak or steel, but I cared more about the flag itself displayed, not the mostly covered pole. I would not use them for outside. The eagle is cheap plastic and will likely break or blow away in storms and the aluminum is not strong. Again, indoor use only.

Yes, the flagpole is constructed from lightweight aluminum that will likely easily bend and/or break under the weight of a flag flying in breezy or windy conditions. However, this flagpole is perfect for indoor display purposes. The telescoping function is easy to manage and was particularly helpful in setting the pole to a rather odd, in-between height in our basement "office" area from which we're now having to telework thanks to COVID-19 precautions. We paired this pole with a gold base also sold on Amazon, and it works perfectly to display our company flag in the background of our video teleconferences. The upper clip for the flag is fixed to the bottom of the eagle finial, but the bottom clip is attached to an adjustable clear plastic ring, allowing you to hang virtually any sized flag from this indoor display pole. Works perfectly for us!

It does the job it's meant for, though I must add that it's definitely made from cheap materials. It works fine for a temporary campaign flag, but I would recommend something more well made if you are wanting a long term pole. Also it said it was tangle proof , but that's not the experience I've had with it.

Sturdy flag pole and the Eagle topper makes a great way to display the American flag. I also purchased the gold cord with tassels plus a floor stand to display the flag in our office. Makes a very nice patriotic statement when all displayed together.

Larger flag makes the pole top heavy and easily falls over. Plus, the 4.5 x5.5 flag results in the flag resting only 6-inches above the floor.Would have given a higher rating but for the flimsy peace of plastic that the flag connects to. It should be metal.
