Good value for money
Tough and good although some sharp edges on the handle. Overall though perfect my little lad loves fighting me with them

Very sturdy great weight very well crafted.
Blown away by quality. The weighting feels just right...like it's weighted exactly like the real thing!

Lightweight
It's is OK, but it's very soft materian so you can't really practice with it

Right material terrible design
The media could not be loaded. Unbalanced uncomfortable not a gladiolus far too long. But it will take the blows poor design

Utilitarian sparring sword...
Useful for learning technique and training. Not sure about the grip - has some square edges which in effect force a fist hold rather than my preferred "thumb forward" grip. But good value, more robust than wood and has held up to full contact training well. Would buy one with a better grip next time... if there is a next time as this will last for years...

Looks good but broke on first use.
I bought this for my husband who is trained in stage combat and practices weekly with a trained partner. The first time this gladius made contact with another polypropylene weapon from Playwell, it broke in half. So disappointed. Especially as I'd bought it to replace another broken gladius from the same company. Lesson learned.
