Lasts long and tastes great!
This is my favorite milk!!! In Boston, milk tastes/smells funky within 2 days after opening, but this milk lasts at least a full week (I usually drink 1 carton per week so hard to tell). Compared to other organic milks, it has a much more rich, fresh taste. I'm not sure what they're doing different, but I can't enjoy other milks as much after tasting this.
