Good product. I use it when I drive Lyft and it attaches to my AC vent well. Stays in place even when my phone is heavier in the otterbox. This was a good purchase.

This is an excellent unit, it is very strong and versatile. The suction part seems more then substantial, we have encountered zero problems with the unit. Would buy again.

Very sturdy phone holder. The adhesive didn’t stick when exposed to heat. Worked for 2 weeks and it fell off. Ít has an extra attachment for the vent grill but not sturdy and also fell offBought another car holder, same brand, thể type attached to the vent grill. It attached well, because it has a metal hook to keep it secured tightly

Worked great for a few months. Shortly after that, Suction cup wasn’t sticking very well. Customer service reached out to me & are replacing it with a new one. Also gave me a few great tips on maintenance & use, I didn’t think about. It’s always a huge plus when a business cares & wants the customer to be 100% satisfied. Much appreciated on my behalf. The company has excellent customer service. After hearing of the issue I had with the holder, they promptly sent out replacements. I had purchased a cheap vent holder that I promptly returned because the new one was great. I used the hook type mount attachment to my vent and it works like a charm. It's very stable and was much easier to put on than the original with my vent. I'm very happy and impressed by this company that stands behind its product. Thank you so much!******This product has a lot of reviews and looked promising I bought it in December of 2023 and here I am in August of 2024 but after many months of frustration with this thing now trying to find a new phone holder.My observations of what the problem is with the vent attachment is that 1-the vent clip is not long enough and 2-the switch that makes the arms open and close is so difficult to use while it's on the vent. It's really a faulty design at least for my car which is a Mazda CX-5. I spent months constantly reattaching the holder and with time, the little vent arms never fully closed. Ig they started to warp or bend. Idk.Also my car does not have a flat spot on the dash for the dash holder and I couldn't c any meaningful position to mount it to the window which after reading many reviews about the problems with that was prob a blessing in disguise.Also, when I loosened the vent attachment to c about a possible window attachment, one of the plastic pieces that go around the ball broke. All I did was unscrew it normally.Ultimately this product did not deliver what it promised for me. I'm now on the hunt for another one.

Works perfect for my air vent. I’ve never found one before this purchase that actually stays in place! Not cheap very durable.

So far, this holder seems pretty sturdy. I don’t have much of a dashboard so I am using the adapter to hook onto my vents, and it has done a great job holding up my phone. The only reason why I’m not giving it five stars is because it is slightly too big for my phone. I have the iPhone SE and so it is a smaller model and when I close the grasp on the phone all the way, there’s still is a little wiggle room. It has not fallen out, which ultimately is what matters. I will continue using it because it holds on really well to the vent and it is doing what I purchased it for.
