Excellent for vw aircooled performance exhaust

This is very good heat wrap that I've just used on a diesel heater. you need to take your time when wrapping so you overlap correctly as if you don't and the wrap is loose it will just fall off any vertical sections. All in all very good heat proofing and works great.

I wrapped the exhaust from my generator out through the side of my garage and it was a bit fiddly with the roll being as big but it’s doing the job really well, the exhaust is really cool all the way to outside where the wrap ends and it’s staying nice and tight around the pipe 👍👍😁😁

Das Hitzeschutzband ist sehr robust und dick verarbeitet. Es lässt sich gut schneiden und verarbeiten. Die Kabelbinder sind sehr stylisch und sehr gut für die sichtbare Verarbeitung geeignet. Ich hatte auch schon mal eines aus der oberen Preisklasse eines renomierten Motorradherstellers, merke aber keinerlei Unterschied!!Vergessen Sie nicht das Band beim/vor dem Verlegen anzufeuchten. Bei Hitze raucht es zwar dann kurzzeitig recht intensiv, schmiegt sich aber dann dem Rohr optimal an.
