Tweed Twinkles Soft Acrylic Baby Yarn with Flecks, 8 skeins, 696 yards/400 Grams, Light Worsted (3), Machine Wash (Fudge Brown)

I'm knitting a standard baby blanket (knit one row, purl one row with a knit border). The yarn works up nicely and feels soft. It doesn't feel much softer than the red heart acrylic yarns I've been using. I like that this is cotton, which is better for baby skin (and better for the environment) than acrylic. I dislike that this yarn separates easily. It was a bit of a pain to cast on and do the first few rows and I still have to pay a bit more attention while I'm working. This isn't a mindless knit while you watch TV project.

Easy to work with. Soft. Pretty.Perfect for a baby afghan.

It's the perfect color & softness for a baby blanket. I chose it because of the little specs of color. Baby blue, pink, white and yellow. But I'm new at this so I may not know what I'm talking about! Judge for yourselves.

This is an easy yarn to use and I think the softest I have found for baby blankets. It cost more but I think it is worth it.

Quite a bit of it was messed up and and the nylon was missing out of it and the strands were not spun together properly and it had to be thrown away.Threw out a whole skein of yarn. 😢Easy to work with and excellent quality though.

While the color if fantastic, the amount of breaks in each skein so far is not justified.The skeins are small so why the need to have knots all along is not cool.

Pretty yarn and crochets up nice.
