I do like these but they're not really a replacement for cotton wool pads as they're way too big (photo for context) They're good for removing makeup with an oil based remover or for using with a face wash and water rather than a flannel but I wanted them to use with cleansers and toners. They're not very absorbent so you risk the product running off it if you're not careful. Then once it does absorb it's sort of stuck in it so you end up having to use more product to get it to actually go on your skin so the money you're saving on pads isn't worth the extra you'll be paying for your products. I have given 4 stars as I will continue to use them but just not for the purpose intended. I also like that they come with 2 bags, one to store them in and then one for dirty ones which you then wash them in.

I don't normally write reviews, but these pads are really great so I just had to.I've used reusable pads for years and I must say these are the nicest I've bought. Wash up really well and super soft. I will buy these again.

Nice pads and wash well but a bit soft compared to others I’ve had before

Getting used to using it helps not to be buying cotton wool which is bad for the planet and comes in plastic which is bad for the planet. They do last and can be washed and re-used and comes with their own bag and in re-recyclable packaging.

It is the first time that I use these cotton reusable pads and I am quite surprised that they do a good job of easely cleaning my face

Love that this product is aiming for you to kee and use forever. Good to receive in a recycle friendly box. Presentation was lovely. Used the pads, they don’t seem to be as absorbent as cotton wool pads. Washed them Multiple times and can’t get the stains off of them. Happy with product, average mark due to the stains that stay on the cloth and the absorption rate. Not as soft as cotton wool pads. After washing can seem rough.

Once these are washed they’re fantastic, just the right combo between rough and smooth. Over the years I’ve tried a couple of different one: cotton remove dirt and makeup well but are quite rough on your skin, bamboo are lovely and smooth for toners etc but just move makeup around. These are the perfect mix, they exfoliate my sensitive skin but are gentle enough to use twice a day. Definitely recommend them
