Well Made
Well made pan with good weight, ergonomic design, and nice looking. It works great for sauces and the sear for grilled sandwiches is great. Worth every penny!

Fantastic
So far so good I've never had stainless steel before in a PAN. But I chose to treat it like I was using carbon steel. I washed it and dried it then Wiped a thin layer of avocado on it with a paper towel on the inside. Then heated it up over medium till it was good and hot, using the paper towel to make sure the oil didn't puddle. After It was hot I wiped with more oil on the inside of the PAN Let it stay hot for a few minutes removing anything that showed up as excess oil with the paper towel. Then I shut off the PAN and let it get completely cool. After that I put on one More layer of oil. Then my PAN was ready to use to cook. I heated up the PAN until it was good and hot I added my cooking oil and then my food all over medium heat. Treating my pan carefully like that there was no sticking at all. So I like it very much this is a great PAN. The only thing is I cook for 6 people I could have used one that was probably closer to 5qt. All in all I definitely recommend this PAN and it's worth the money so far.

Stainless steel is great
I have several Made In products. The stainless steel are the best ones. You do have to learn how to use them. They take longer to heat up and once they are hot, they are fat hotter than your traditional pan. They cook things well and I love that you can stick them in the oven if you just want to sear something first. They are easy to clean with bar keepers friend. They can get things stuck on them, especially if your new to them. The bar keepers friend easily gets any burned stuff out of the pan.I love the size of this pan. I have the 10' skillet, and it's far too small. I love the tall sides of this pan. I did have a negative experience with their customer service for a different Made In soup pot. I can't recommend the ceramic pots/pans because of this. But the stainless steel is great and durable.

Comfortable design
Replacement for a non-stick saute pan which was badly scratched. This pan is made well, very comfortable handle. Heats quickly and evenly. Pretty pricey, but will never need another saute pan. I'll end up passing this down to future generations...it's that good. I'll definitely consider this brand when replacing other cookware.

Not flat
I purchased thinking it would be glass top/ceramic top compatible, as its advertised. By that statement I was expecting a full contact bottom, however this product does not sit flat on the glass top, the pan wobbles and spins. Because of this heating is uneven, and is a hazard due to the spinning. In my opinion, its false advertising for this to be listed for Glass/Ceramic/Convection. Buyers beware of this product if you are looking for a pan for a flat surface stove (glass/ceramic/convection), this is not the product you should spend your money on this is a pretty expensive pan.
