Q: Can someone explain what this is? What is a "money pad"? Is this decorative or like a money clip?

If you take a look at the pictures you will see what the end result should look like. It is a padding glue and brush so you can make pads (like a notepad) so that you can peel one bill off at a time. It is a fun gift that is a bit more novel than simply giving somebody cash.

Q: Is this padding compound acid free?

Our padding compound is not acid free. The base polymer used for padding compound is naturally low in pH but is not considered a dangerous chemical as defined by 29 CFR 1910.1200. This product is no more dangerous than any white glue you would buy at your local store.
