Fantastic Product and Customer Service
I received the product in perfect condition much quicker than I expected. Easy to install and looks fantastic. Multi function controlled by a Remote Control which allowed for night light and different white lights. I was in the middle of redecorating so put the Remote “ somewhere safe “ never to be seen again!!!I contacted the seller after searching everywhere I could think of and within days they sent me a replacement. That is Customer Service above and beyond anything I have experienced before. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much as without the Remote it just became another light , beautiful but missing that wow factor.

The media could not be loaded. Stunning light, easy to fit and looks so expensive. Transformed my living room and the remote to change the brightness and warmth of the light is perfect.

the fitting was relatively straight forward but the connecting block was inefectual and had to be replaced with a standard chocolate block connector.
