Quality is good but there is no pocket outside to keep any small stuff. Not even the side compartment for a water bottle. But one if the reviews says there is a place to keep the water bottle which made me feel that the reviews are fake.

I brought three of these backpacks and absolutely loved them. I brought a new one every year as I simply wore them out with everyday use as my mobile office and I was totally happy with this! I brought a fourth and the quality just isn’t the same, the strap crumbled after a few weeks of use and the company refused to replace it or even give me a discount on a new one. I’m gutted as I love this bag. Might invest in another one as I just can’t seem to find another one that has the same functionality but really unhappy with the customer service and worried that the quality has been compromised on the latest batch of production.

Arrived as expected in excellent condition. Using it in my daily commute to work. Definitely a good buy.

But smaller then I thought it would be, but I love it anyway. Could easily fit laptop plus clothes.

I liked this bag while it was in good condition. I used it every day for work. The laptop pocket is great, the multiple side pockets are really handy, especially if riding a bike. It is not too big, nice and compact, and sleek, it looks professional and not like a student backpack.It is disappointing that the durability is poor. The zip started to fail at the seam. I tried to mend it. One of the two zippers continued to function, so it was acceptable.. But it wasn't meant to be. The whole thing failed dramatically one day. I could get the zip repaired, but it would cost nearly as as the original product. I have reverted to a backpack with a lifetime guarantee on the zip.
