Q: does anybody know how to stop the leakage around around the spray button? It gets all over your fingers and I don't like that part of it

Poo-Pourri is currently redesigning their spray to have a 360 degree nozzle. The existing sprays tend to leak if the product is shaken too vigorously. If you shake it very gently in a side-to-side motion, it shouldn't leak. Because they are essential oils, they do mix easily. The manufacturer will replace nozzles if they are defective and can be removed (2oz, 4oz, and 8oz sizes).

Q: Does this also mask strong/foul urine smells?

I used it as toilet deodorizer too and it mask any foul smells from there. What you smell is the poo-pourri, this one in particularly I find is very strong.

Q: i ordered the 8 ounce poo pourri.. when we spray, it leaks out.. Do you think I could get a new empty container? My daughters does not leak.
