Q: How many balloons does this come with?

I can’t remember how many balloons. I normally tells you. However, I would not buy balloons from this company again as loads of them burst. They were poor quality and not as advertised. There are better companies available via Amazon

sorry but unable to help as we had the pink balloons.

Q: How do i get the arch to stay up? And stick to a wall?

When I put my arch up I hadto use gorilla glue and nail tacks into the wall. Or you can use plastic wall hooks that stick onto the wall and hook the balloon tape onto the hooks where you need it hooking up!! Hope this makes sense!
