BEST GRIP FOR CLIMBING
I DO AERIAL FITNESS 2 OR 3 TIMES A WEEK AND THIS IS BEST LASTING GRIP SPRAY FOR CLIMBING SILKS OR HAMMOCK. I SPRAY A LITTLE ABOVE THE PALM OF MY HAND THEN QUICKLY RUB VIGOROUSLY WITH MY OTHER HAND ACROSS MY FINGERS AND PALMS. OTHER STUFF AND POWDERS I HAVE TRIED DON'T LAST AS LONG AS THIS.

Best body pole fitness grip aid w no residue!!
I use this spray for pole dance/fitness. I prefer it over Itac2 on my body which I used for years, along with girly grip for my hands. I’ve used many grip aids for the past 10 years for pole and nothing has excellent tack that does NOT come off or leave residue on the pole like this does! I have it in a pump and aerosol spray, I sweat ALOT and this stuff holds up excellent. I recommend it for the body elbow, knee pits, legs but (not hands) you won’t be unsatisfied it’s so strong my legs stick together and hurt to pull apart if I don’t shower afterwards hahaha
