I bought this for my great niece who lives in Switzerland. Unfortunately, it broke shortly after receiving it. She contacted the company who were very helpful and sent out a replacement to her in Switzerland.She is now very happy.I would buy from them again.

I didn't didn't even take this out of the box.. it looks like a piece of kids jewellery! The chain is SO thin it'd probably snap if I touched it - looks very cheap & for the price that's a rip off! already packaged for return - massive thumbs down 👎
