work n cushion 4.0 Shoes these shoe's are they good for standing 8-12 hour's long day's work

Are these lace up as the description states...?in. The picture they have velcro closing straps...confused..

Are soles non marking?

I am uk size 8 which is usually a 41. Do i get the 7 and half size as it say here its a size 41? Im confused
