I would go with the SMP TRK gel saddle for ultimate comfort.The regular one is good too for about $25.00 cheaper.

Q: What is the moderate riding position?

Sitting up straight is a relaxed position. bent way over for racing is an aggressive or sporting position. Moderate is a position with a bend a little leaned forward. I find it comfortable for trail riding. But if your heavy or rough then you should probably get a serfas brand seat. I had 2 of these respiro's break on me while trail riding. This is a great looking seat but i could not hold up to trails and jumps
