Liner was wrong I ordered blue but aqua was sent. Also 3 year old product about to expire in Nov. Ordered again still the same

Color is good but very 'patla' liquid
Extremely thin liquid. U have to apply 2-3 coats to cover the line of eyelid. Color is good but very 'patla' liquid. Washes off easily.
