Our family is either constantly on the go or entirely too lazy to cook, so quick and easy is a must for us. The fewer the ingredients, the faster the cooking process or the ease of cooking always puts a new recipe at the top of the list.We do not eat certain foods simply because we are picky eaters, not on "diets", so I'm always in the market for cookbooks to steal ideas from to liven up our family dinners and find new ways to cook pretty much the same things. I was able to get quite a few couple from this book, so I'm not going to knock it too much. Some of these are okay, and some were really good!I am probably not going to run around recommending it to my friends, but I certainly do not regret purchasing it. This is one of those where I am just going to say "try it for yourself at your own risk" because I am simply indifferent on it.

The first burger recipie is still my favorite, but what a wonderful...and varied selection there are in here.I thought burgers were getting a bit boring, until I read this and all my enthuasiam for them was rediscovered! I personally like the first o e the most as I said, but I with sides of potato salad and pickled beets.Just wonderful! Now my favorite cookbook on my Kindle bookshelf.

I LOVE Gooseberry Patch cookbooks. I have quite a few of their cookbooks in print! I like this one, I gave me ideas I hadn’t thought of! Cooking ideas are not my forte, these cookbooks really help me. Thank you!!

There are some recipes here I want to try. Some are flavor combinations I had not previously considered trying. Others may like them as well.

You can never go wrong with Gooseberry Patch cookbooks or recipes. There were great burger recipes in here that I can't wait to try!
