I bought two 82-foot LED strands and connected them together to run the length of my house. They look nice, but there are two issues that would make me avoid buying these in the future.I set both strands to use the steady on warm light mode and set the timer so they run for 6 hours and then they're off for 18 hours. The first strand (plugged into a wall socket) remembers the setting when it comes on. The second strand (plugged into the first) does not, and comes on in the default mode (cycling through different modes). When I get home, half my house has steady light and half is blinking and changing light modes. I assume this is not a defect, but is actually a limitation of how the memory of the controllers work, so if you're connecting multiple strands together, you'll have to change the settings every night to make them match.The first strand has a defect where the steady on bright white mode doesn't work. When choosing this mode, the lights go off entirely, and the second strand also goes off. I have to push buttons on the remote randomly until the first strand comes back on. I'm pretty sure I tested them inside, not connected together, and both strands could be set to steady on bright white.

Had my first set for 3ish years! Had to buy another set when those went out. Used them DAILY would forget to turn them off still lasted that long. The ability to change the tone of white from soft warm to led really is my favorite thing about these. 10/10 if you want something for your room that's not too harsh but perfect for reading. Hope these ones are just as good the cord color changed from white to black but that's no issue to me as long as they work the same!! And it has a remote! Talk about getting cozy and turning off the lights FROM BED! Buy them now!!

Bought 3 sets for my wedding. Put them around 3 different palm trees 2 days before the wedding. Tested them they were beautiful. The next night turned them on again, again beautiful. The next day was the wedding and 2 of the sets would not work!!!!!!! I wanted to cry! I was so pissed off! I don't recommend these ladies if you are thinking how pretty these will be at my wedding. Don't take the chance!

The settings for the different light patterns are really cool except for some reason ours cannot stay on just regular "on lights" they only Blink and Flash. We have them on our porch and will probably take them down we just wanted regular bright lights not a crazy spazing light show.

The lights are durable and functions are just what I wanted.

Kept switching from mode 3 to mode 1 without prompting it. Don't know what is causing the malfunction but have tried three different pairs of string lights.
