3rd update: So now there are gnats or something coming from two of the plants. They are the same kind and the others are not having any bug issues. What is the deal?!?!?2nd Update: Shop Succulents immediately sent me two new plants. They are perfect! I would have changed their rating to a five because of the great customer service but the fact is there was the first issue. They do have very nice plants and they are a good size. Thank you ShopSucculents!Update: I found a toll free number on a card in the box so I called. They assured me they would replace what was wrong. I will update and give a better score if they follow thru. They were nice though and seemed to want to make it right.I ordered four of these green pots with succulents. The “Ho Ho Ho” one has the first letter “H” peeling off the pot. The “Jolly” pot succulent has lots of its leaves broken off and laying on the soil in the pot. The other two are fine. Thery arent returnable so now I’m stuck with two unacceptable products. They should have a way to contact customer service. Very disappointed.

This little plant arrived later than expected (the fault of UPS, not the seller), but was very well packed and healthy upon unpacking. He settled in to my home and relaxed quickly after I gave him a drink and a seat near the window.This beautiful plant is not a String of Pearls, as the listing states. The pods on the vines are more ovular, I think it might be a String of Teardrops (which, in my experience, is a less common and more interesting plant). The pot is terra cotta, and a nice color and texture.I'm so happy with this festive little guy, I'm glad he's part of the family.

I had my doubts at first due to lack of reviews, but I love this succulent. Shipping was quick but I didn’t get to it for another 2 days... after 4 days in a package it still looks beautiful. Super impressed with the packaging. It’s securely packed inside a box, within a box. The “Noel” decal is smoothly placed onto the pot. I don’t know how long it’ll keep up with time as it feels like a thin sticker. The succulent itself is one of my favorites and alive and well. I would recommend!

Arrived late, one day past Valentine’s Day. Arrived with most contents outside of the pot. Quite a few leaves were broken off and in the bottom of the box too. The pot and plant are small but cute. Neither were as vibrant or bright as they are shown in the photo. The sticker, at least, js fully stuck-on and well done— I saw some reviewers had a problem with that. Overall, I found this item okay. It was not really a good value, given the state it arrived in and the fact it didn’t look as expected upon arrival, and I’m disappointed it arrived so late.

I was hesitant about ordering succulents online but I was really happy with the packaging and care when it arrived! I love having plants around my house so the Christmas themed pot makes it so fun for the holidays. Cute idea for a gift or yourself. Would order again.

This item showed up in a reasonable time and was very well packaged, but it’s not what I thought I had ordered. It’s advertised as strong of pearls, but it looks like it’s actually string of fig maybe? That’s not what I wanted and not what I ordered. Very disappointed.

Purchased this little plant for my husband for Christmas 2018. Not only did it arrive looking absolutely beautiful, it has grown so much that he had to give it a "haircut," and we now have 5 of its babies growing in another pot.

We ordered 4. Shipping / packaging was excellent. Plants are healthy. Sticker on one pot is coming loose.
